I cooperated longer time with this supplier. All was good, until he began to send me a poor quality goods,not in accordance with the order.In each order was part of the goods of poor quality. After each delivery of such goods I pointed out bad quality goods and of its returns if it repeats. In another, the last order has not improved the quality of goods, on the contrary, the goods were largely poor and I decided to complain of poor quality goods and send back. Supplier wrote me, that is no problem and he will change the bad quality goods for good ones. After I sent a bad agreement products with the description of errors and number of invoices back to the supplier in China. Since then they started to be problems with the answers via e-mail, the supplier did not have time for excuses is that they must prepare better goods. About two months after the beginning of the dispute the supplier wrote to me that I must send him all the goods from the final order, otherwise not recall my claim. His attitude surprised me initially, and later I realized that he want to deceive me, because his condition could not be performed. It is not a condition to which we agreed and I could not send back all his goods, because for two months from receiving goods I sell the part to my customers. I wrote to the contractor that it is not possible, but obviously he's not interested and insisted on not possible to proceed. To today I have not my money and no goods!!!!!!

I know that all these online shops ( www.bjpearl.com, www.pjymarket.com, www.obai.net, www.wsgemstone.com ) are from one company Beijing Obai Jewelry Trade Co., Ltd. and Mr. Xufeng Wu (registratin no.: 110105012447334) is solely responsible with all these websites. I have confirmed in chat, that Mike and Victoria from www.bjpearl.com of which I comunicated before are colleagues of Mr. Xubin Wu which work for your www.pjymarket.com !!!! Everytime I sent money on account of Mr. XuFeng Wu which is "Manager" all these websites - www.pjymarket.com too!!!! So please do not try to make a fool of me. I lost 1469 USD when I sent money to bank acount of your "manager" I lost additional money when I paid VAT in my country, and other money for shipping charge when I sent back package with bad quality goods!!!! Be sure, that I will write again and again to Safety and Security center on Alibaba.com until I receive my money back as a warning to other traders. Best regards, Ing.
