DCDMA Standard Synthetic Diamond Segment Drill Bit For Coal Mining And Geological Exploration
Product Description:
The synthetic diamond polycrystalline is manufactured by sintering the fine grains of synthetic monocrystals and at high temperature and high-pressure.Because of their advantages of high wear ability, hot hardness high compressive and impact strength,It is widely used in geological exploration, petroleum drilling, mechanical processes, and so on.
Diamond core bits are widely used in the drilling for geological exploration, water conservancy and power engineering, hydrogeological exploration and building construction, etc.
Size Available: available in all standard drilling sizes (A,B,N,P,H).
To select the right bit for the job, assess the speed and power of your drill for the size and depths of the holes to be drilled and assess ground conditions such as rock type/formation and down-hole conditions.
For easy selection of the matrix number, please refer to chart below:
Size | Our bits are available in all standard drilling sizes. Also, non-standard sized bits can be produced according to requirements from clients. |
Crown Height | We offer crown impregnated depths of 9mm, 12mm, 16mm and 25mm. The taller crown heights provide improved bit stability and reduced
vibrations, enhancing bit life and performance. |
Waterways | Various waterways are available for diamond impregnated bits. Differing waterways allow for better flushing in various ground conditions and drilling systems. |
Threads | Standard threads as well as regional thread types required by
clients are available. |
Compatibility | Our diamond bits and reaming shells are designed to be compatible
with all standard core barrels from other suppliers. |
Matrix | Impregnated bits matrices can be selected according to the chart
below. |
