Operating Principle
ZHj-3D low frequency vibration sensor is an inertia sensor. It can turn vibraton signals into electric signals using nagnetic induction principle. It mainly consists of magnetic circuit, inertia matter, damping spring and other componebts. There is a magnet rigidly fixed inside the sensor shell, and inertia matter(coil compoent) hanging on the shell by the spring component. At operating time, this sensor will be fixed on a machine, as the machine vibration, if the sensor is in its frequency range, there will be relative movement between the coil ans magnet, he coils will cut magnetic lines, and generate an iductive voltage, this voltage is proportional to the vibration rate of the objecte that is being measured, after integral processing to this signal, we will get the displacement signal.
