VSD type petrochemical process pump is a centrifugal pump of
vertical, single-stage or multi-stage, single or double suction,
diversion shell type.It’s designed according to the API610
standard,VS1 type.This series of pumps is designed strictly in
accordance with the standard in terms of pump support, bearing
arrangement, reservation interface, cooling and washing, cavity
structure etc.
This series of pumps has good hydraulic power,comprehensive
spectrum,high efficiency and anti-cavitation.
According to different working conditions,VSD series pump is
equipped with many kinds of structures,so that the best
configuration achieves in all working conditions.Pumps with
different configurations all have API standard seal chamber sizes,
you can set different seal combination forms.

1.grease lubrication structure
1.Rolling bearing structure,grease lubrication, simple structure
and good economy. Face to face angular contact ball bearings bears
the residual axial force of the rotor.
2.Pump and motor adopt flexible connection. Small pump can also use
rigid connection.The pump does not have separate bearing chamber
and uses motor shaft to bear the axial force of the rotor.
3.Discharge casing equipped with mounting base has beautiful
structure and reduces the number of pump parts.
4.API610 standard seal chamber size,and different seal and
auxiliary systems can be configured according to requirements.
5.Safe and reliable connection of shaft is very good to ensure the
accuracy of shaft, increases the insertion depth of shaft and
expands the application range of the pump.
6.The shaft can be provided with a protective sleeve and flushed by
external liquid,which guarantees a good operating environment for
bushing and is suitable for particle-containing media.
7. Structure:seal rings in front and back cover board+balanced
hole.This structure balances axial force and is reliable.
8.Delivery chamber is space guide blade structure, hydraulic design
performance is stable and reliable,and small radial size reduces
the overall installation space of the pump.

10.Multi-supports bracing structure,;the sliding bearing spacing is
