GGAJ02(TM-I)type electrostatic precipitator with automatic silicon
rectifier power supply device is the development of automatic
intelligent control system on the basis of comprehensive domestic
and foreign similar new products.This product basic function is
that change 380V AC industrial frequency power supply to high
voltage DC power and ouput ,In the selection of appropriate
electrodes and other mechanical device,matching the composition of
high-voltage electrostatic dust removal equipment,Apply to
industrial dust, mist, dehydration,impurity separation and recovery
of rare metal and other raw materials and other aspects of the
application. It is protecting environment, development of the
comprehensive utilization and sustainable development of key
equipment .
1. High voltage silicon rectifier equipment is composed of high
voltage silicon rectifier and a thyristor automatic control system.
The basic function is that change industrial frequency power supply
to high voltage DC power and ouput.2. Circuit high impedance
transformers can effectively suppress the short-circuit current and
improve the waveform,the tank adopts the international popular
corrugated fin which not only can reduce weight, also can improve
the heat dissipation effect, in order to reduce the volume. 3.
Rectifier transformer iron core structure with low loss in the
sloping form with special CNC shearing production line . The high
voltage silicon stacks of rectifier transformer using epoxy resin
encapsulation avalanche diode average voltage module with high
reliability, good heat dissipation effect and modeling. Rectifier
transformer assembly line is equipped with a full set of vacuum
drying,transformer oil filtration and drying filling and detection
device. 4. High voltage silicon rectifier transformer is arranged
in the electric dust top or indoor , out shell protection class
IP54 , silicon rectifier becomes high impedance, side output or top
output line .5. High voltage silicon rectifier transformer roller
for flat wheel (rail wheels), it can rotatory 90degree . rolling
direction and the high pressure side bushing in parallel . 6. High
voltage silicon rectifier transformer is provided with a
temperature alarm device, if oil temperature is higher than 70℃ ,
then alarm ,if higher than 85℃, then ut off the high voltage power
supply and send out sound and light alarm signal
7. Rectifier transformer oil select #25 or #45 oil . 8. High
voltage silicon rectifier transformer set: light gas alarm,heavy
gas tripping, and send out sound and light alarm signal.9. Nominal
output voltage 72KV rectifier transformer primary with three taps :
60KV grade ,66KV grade,72KV grade.
