Introduction:

perforating method is the most effective solution
has developed the tipping paper perforating system CTP-250/350/450/600
professionally used in Cigarette manufacture and tipping paper
production industry.
The device is with imported components for stable performance, good
functions, also with online help and self-diagnostic
function with accurate target C.U. range in productive speed.
Compared with single Bobbin-station cigarette tipping paper
perforation, the double Bobbin-station cigarette tipping
paper perforation enhances the production by 1.5—1.7 times and
adopts 28g/m2—40g/m2 tipping paper. At present,
the equipment has even more excellent functions and more humankind
operations to improve product yield, ensure
product quality and maximize profits for customers.

The compressed air must be filtered (0,5μm), dry, oil and solvent
free.
Gas Consumption of laser source:
ROFIN Premix Laser Gas Use more than 20,000 hours .
One gas bottle inside the laser source lasts for approximately 3-5
years of three shift operation.

can automatically interrupt the current operation
and indicate alarm for machine failure or Mis-operation.
The CTP-250/350/450/600 optical system module is flexible and
stable in performance ,dividing into 4-8-16-channels independently,
each station with 8-row holes.
Also can be converted into 4-8-16 rows single station for high C.U.
perforating process in simple operation.
Optic-lens is with precision coating process and durable and
reliable in actual performance:
■ High-Speed Rotating Prism-
Imported high-speed rotating prism( 30000mm/min), with high running
accuracy.
■ Primary operating system-
Imported TFT color touch screen. Operating simple and easy with
real-condition monitoring function to track
the actual perforating speed, two station can process separate
perforating job in different C.U. Range.
The C.U. perforation range can be optimized in perforating process
condition.
■ Main control system-
Imported PLC programmable controller that can be operated according
to user needs , also easy to upgrade and
adjust the device functionality.
Red beam indicator can detect the real bobbin paper diameter to
ensure the line-speed in accurate constant.
Rotary server motor in high standard configuration.
Auto-unprocessed paper release function is available to increase
perforating efficiency.
■ Tension Control-
Automatic tension controller ,which can ensure take-up tension to
be constant and suitable of the bobbin roller,
so that the winding rolls could keep smooth to ensure the
perforating process in smooth process.
■ Power Distribution Box with Transformer and Line Stabilization
Isolation transformer and electrical distribution including
housing, safety circuit, power distribution, emergency stop
and fuses.
All above mentioned parts of the perforation system are connected
to the power distribution box.
