Mud Pumps For Drilling Rig With Stable Operation, Low Moise, Simple Structure And Convenient Disassembly And Maintenance
Basic information:
Mud pump is a kind of machine that transports mud or water and other flushing fluid to the borehole during drilling. Mud pump is an important part of drilling equipment.
In the conventional positive circulation drilling, the surface
flushing medium, water, mud or polymer flushing fluid, under
certain pressure, is sent directly to the bottom of the bit through
the high-pressure hose, faucet and the central hole of the drill
string, so as to cool the drill bit, remove the cuttings and
transport them to the surface.
The commonly used mud pump is piston type or plunger type. The
power machine drives the crankshaft of the pump to rotate, and the
crankshaft drives the piston or plunger to do reciprocating
movement in the pump cylinder through the crosshead. Under the
alternate action of the suction and discharge valves, the purpose
of pressure delivery and circulation of flushing fluid is realized.
Product features:
1. It can transport suspension slurry with high concentration and
viscosity < 10000 PAS and particles.
2. The conveying liquid flow is stable without over flow,
pulsation, stirring and shearing of slurry.
3. The discharge pressure has nothing to do with the rotational
speed, and a high discharge pressure can be maintained at a low
flow rate.
4. The flow is directly proportional to the speed, and the flow can
be adjusted by the speed changing mechanism or speed regulating
motor.
5. It has strong self-priming ability and can directly suck liquid
without installing bottom valve.
6. It can be used to reverse the flow direction of the pump.
7. Stable operation, low vibration and noise.
8. It has simple structure and convenient disassembly and
maintenance.
