1Density: PU sandwich panel is produced by injecting PU with a
density of 42kg/m3 between 2 metal sheets with formed surfaces to
increase durability. Polyurethane injected panels with 42 kg / m3
density, locking mechanism, proper for all kinds of refrigerated
cold storage rooms.
2 Polyurethane rigid foam: our sandwich panel is new type of
polyurethane rigid foam used as an insulating material for
refrigerators and refrigerated display counters. It consists of
partially and fully formulated polyol blends containing all the raw
materials and auxiliaries necessary for foaming.
3 Size: All the panels produced by us are discontinuous type and
locked to each other. These panels can be produced 50 cm, 100mm and
150mm, widths are 980mm in standard or customized, Installation
details and accessories of the prefabricated panels are
predesigned, and outer surfaces can be produced with painted and
galvanized metal sheets, or stainless steel metal sheets.
4Application: Sandwich panels are used in facades, partition walls
and ceilings. The most typical applications include industrial,
