Introduction

Polyurethane(PU) and Polyisocyanurate(PIR) Core Insulated Panels, a kind of board used for enclosing structures, which has good heat insulationand higher intensity.It can reduce the heat transmission caused by difference in the internal and external temperature, and get to maximum efficiency of freezing and refrigeration systems.

our sandwich panel is new type of polyurethane rigid foam used as an insulating material for refrigerators and refrigerated display counters. It consists of partially and fully formulated polyol blends containing all the raw materials and auxiliaries necessary for foaming.

PRODUCT

Size: All the panels produced by us are discontinuous type and locked to each other. These panels can be produced 50 cm, 100mm and 150mm, widths are 980mm in standard or customized, Installation details and accessories of the prefabricated panels are predesigned, and outer surfaces can be produced with painted and galvanized metal sheets, or stainless steel metal sheets.

DETAILS OF THE PANEL JOINT
Cold room door panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints.
* Cam-lock design fastener to install with the cold room tightly and strongly
* Silica gel are used on the cold room door panel edge of the joint parts of each sandwich panel to ensure perfect sealing to avoid the cooling air leakage from the cool roomor moisture inside the PU insulated panel for the best refrigeration and frozen storage result
