Bridge inspection vehicle: As the name implies, the bridge inspection operation vehicle is designed to help inspect the performance and reliability of bridges.Reasonable structure, simple operation and safer design.The new platform design improves reliability and stability.It is very safe for operators to enter any position of the bridge.The newly developed products have their own export chassis and some original equipment manufacturer components, such as the American POCLAIN amble motor, the American KOHLAR emergency power supply, the German "HAWE" multi-valve, and the Italian "WOLFF" valve.It greatly improves the service life and is easy to maintain.The three hydraulic parts together with a wider extension, rotating platform, and luffing mechanism create a three-dimensional fold, which is more suitable for those overpasses, large spans, and close to heavy bridges.It can also operate in extremely harsh environments, even in 2000 meters above sea level, 98% high humidity weather and 6-level land breeze.The design of the platform has a wider detection range between 12 meters to 22 meters and 1.1 meters width, presenting safer working conditions.

1. Air suspension system can adjust the chasis height automaticly, highly increase the stability for such a pot hole ground.

2. Hydrostatic drive, highly achieved secure in slope and wet road conditions.

3. Those hydraulic steering wheel system, greatly balance the widthness while operating.

4. Two sets of control system on platform either into the control box respectively, allows the operator monitor safety.

5. The hydraulic synchronous interlock device, intercom system, safty lock valve to ensure the safty handing.

6. US Kohler emergency power supply, able to achieve the folding reset, in case the engine doesn' attent well.

7. Max. platform payload is 600kg (can affordable 6-7 operators), the tail of the platform payload is about 250kg.

The extendable folding platform can be adjustable luffing from 2-4meter, greatly imporve the inspection area under the bridge.

8. High strength steel platform frame provide more stability which able to rotate 180°under the bridge, and also keep the limitation of max. drop height for 7meter only.
