Sheet Metal Forming Line of Refrigerator Shell
Overview of the Equipment
The equipment is specifically designed for the sheet metal forming
of various refrigerator components, including the door shell
(common shell, hidden door shell, and bilateral door shell),
refrigerator U plate, and refrigerator backboard. This
comprehensive production line is engineered to handle a wide range
of forming tasks, ensuring high precision and efficiency in the
manufacturing process. The overall line integrates multiple
machines, each serving a distinct function, to achieve the desired
product specifications.
Key Machines in the Production Line
The production line begins with a loading machine, which feeds raw
materials into the system. Following this, a punching machine is
used to create necessary holes and cutouts in the metal sheets. The
rolling machine then shapes the sheets into the required curves and
contours. A 180° turnover machine is employed to flip the sheets
for further processing, while a 90° bending machine and an R
bending machine are used to achieve precise angles and rounded
edges. These machines work in tandem to ensure that the metal
sheets are accurately formed according to the design
specifications.
Advanced Forming and Finishing Machines
For more complex forming tasks, the line includes a punching and
flanging machine, which adds detailed features and strengthens the
edges of the components. A two-end benching machine is utilized to
further refine the shape and ensure uniformity. Additionally, a
condense pipe attachment belt line is integrated into the system to
attach necessary components seamlessly. The U-type bending machine
is specifically designed to form the U plates, a critical component
in refrigerator assembly. Each of these machines is selected and
configured based on the specific requirements of the product being
manufactured.
Final Stages and Customization Options
The final stages of the production line involve an unloading
machine, which can be optionally replaced with a robot for
automated handling of finished components. This flexibility allows
for customization based on production volume and specific
performance requirements. The entire line is designed to be
adaptable, with specific machines and configurations tailored to
different product structures and performance needs. This ensures
that the production process is both efficient and capable of
producing high-quality refrigerator components.
