Features:
1. Quick disassembly and assembly, easy to move
When transitioning: Except for the screw conveyor and cement silo, the front end of the entire mixing station can be hauled and moved; others such as the walking platform and the heightened plate are folded down, and all control cables do not need to be removed. Removed accessories can be taken with the station.
The mobile mixing station is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and braking systems. The maximum speed allowed when the trailer is towing can reach 50 km/h.
When installing: the ground must be flat and hardened; disassembly and assembly require the cooperation of a 30-ton crane.
Storage: If the equipment is not in use temporarily, keep it in the same state as it was in transit.
2. The overall dimensions of the transport units of all components of the mobile batching plant are smaller than the requirements for the empty size of the container, and three 40-foot containers are required for the entire station to be transported.
