Brief introduction:

• Safety work load 1500t/pair(1power & 1idler) stationary welding roller bed suitable for conical/taper vessel tower assembly growing line
  
• Idler with hydraulic liftable cylinder using to adjust the tower/tank position faciliating assembling/fit-up procedure.

Description:

• The 1500t welding roller bed is including a power rotatoran hydraulic idler rotator .
  
• Power rotator is driven by twin motor via special heavy duty gearbox. Pedestal is fixed without trolley. Control cabinet is installed on the rack attached on power rotator.
  
• Idler rotator is composed by fixed pedestal, hydraulic liftable wheel seat, pump station & control system.
  
• The hydraulic liftable wheel of idler rotator are independently liftable by hydraulic cylinder, using to adjust the tank/vessel position.
  
• The control of power rotator & idler rotator are operated via wireless pendant controller, with effective range no less than 100m.
