Machine Introduction:
Formaldehyde Test Chamber is used to test formaldehyde emission of various wood-based panel,
composite wood flooring, carpet, carpet padding, and other interior
decoration materials, also other building materials under constant
temperature humidity.

Working principle:
The temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and air
displacement rate of the sample with 1 square meter surface area
are controlled in the climatic box with a certain
value.Formaldehyde is released from the sample and mixed with the
air in the box. The air in the box is extracted regularly. The
extracted air is passed through the absorption bottle containing
distilled water, and all the formaldehyde in the air is dissolved
into the water.Determine the amount of formaldehyde in the
absorption solution and the volume of air extracted, expressed in
milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m), calculate the amount of
formaldehyde per cubic meter of air.The sampling is periodic until
the formaldehyde concentration in the test chamber reaches an
equilibrium.
Features:
- Box inner chamber is made of stainless steel, the surface is smooth

accuracy. The thermostat box is made of hard foaming material. The
