Process flow :

Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.
Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
Producing pipe diameter range Φ20-Φ160mm up to 250mm, speed range from 0.8-15m/min

2. This pipe extrusion line designed by our company selected special extruder and adopted computer control. The screw has barrier unit and special material mixing components and barrel has new style grooves that achieve good plastication and mixing effect. The complete extrusion line assured great output and stable production. In addition, this gas and water pipe extrusion line is equipped with special extruder for marking line of HDPE pipe and PP pipe.
