Characteristics of the plastic single screw extruder:

1.The extruder is fixed with fault protection, overload alarm, screw core constant temperature oil circulation system, barrel oil cooling system, vacuum exhaust pipe and ration feeding device.
2.There are many kinds of electric control system for selection (for example: PLC auto control system). It is driven by DC motor. Through inverter or DC speed regulator it can achieve stable stepless speed adjustment, high precision and energy saving. Intelligent dual display digital temperature controller is used to improve control precision and temperature fluctuation.

3.This water-cooling single screw plastic pellet making machine is single stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellets, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in the compressor and then be pelletized.
