Sound suppression treatment:

Gasoline generator noise is a wide band spectrum characteristics, and the muffler equipment can resist high airflow speed and high temperature, high pressure, and not afraid of water and humidity, when the temperature rises, the performance of the muffler is little changed, according to this situation, the treatment of the micro perforated plate compound muffler. The microperforated plate muffler with the diameter of 0.5 ~ 1mm and the perforation rate of 1% ~ 3% is machined from 0.5 ~ 1mm thin steel plate. It has a good absorption effect on medium and high frequency noise. For multilayer cases, the thickness of the cavity depends on the absorption frequency band. The thickness of the cavity is 150-220mm when the low frequency is 125-250Hz, and the thickness of the cavity is 80-120mm when the medium frequency is 500-1000Hz. When the high frequency is 2000-4000Hz, the cavity is 30-50mm.
