The basic structure of diesel engine it is composed of cylinder, piston, cylinder head, intake valve, exhaust valve, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing and flywheel and other components. The diesel engine of the diesel generator is generally a single cylinder or multi-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine. Now I will only talk about the basic principle of the single cylinder four-stroke diesel engine. The diesel engine starts by turning the crankshaft of the diesel engine by hand or other power to make the piston move up and down in the closed cylinder at the top. The piston completes four strokes in the movement: intake stroke, compression stroke, combustion and work expansion stroke and exhaust stroke. When the piston moves from up to down, the intake valve opens and the fresh air filtered by the air filter enters the cylinder to complete the intake stroke. The piston moves from the bottom up and the inlet and exhaust valves are closed. The air is compressed and the temperature and pressure increase to complete the compression process. When the piston is about to reach its peak, the injector sprays the filtered fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of a mist, mixes with high temperature and high pressure air and immediately ignits itself. The high pressure formed pushes the piston down to work and drives the crankshaft to rotate to complete the work stroke. After the work stroke is completed, the piston moves the exhaust valve from the bottom up to open the exhaust to complete the exhaust stroke. The crankshaft rotates half a turn per stroke. After several working cycles the diesel engine gradually accelerates to work under the inertia of the flywheel.

1. The three-phase alternator uses the electromagnetic induction principle of wire cutting magnetic force line to induce the potential, and turns the mechanical energy of the prime mover into electrical energy output. A synchronous generator consists of a stator and a rotor.

2. The stator is the armature that generates electricity, and the rotor is the magnetic pole. The stator consists of armature core, uniformly discharged three-phase winding, frame and end cover.

3, the rotor is usually hidden pole type, composed of excitation winding, iron core and shaft, guard ring, center ring and so on. Through the bearing, frame and end cover the generator stator, rotor connection assembly, so that the rotor can rotate in the stator, through the slip ring into a certain field current, so that the rotor becomes a rotating magnetic field, the stator coil to do cutting magnetic force line movement, thus generating induction potential, through the terminal lead, connected in the loop, will produce current.

We are also doing assembly of gensets in China, under our brand name of "GSKA " with ratings from 1KVA to 2000KVA. The quality of "GSKA " genset has won a very good reputation from customers in China and overseas market.

3) Security and IT Group

GSKA acquired famous USA brand name Locktronix in 2004 and started manufacture electric locks in China. Since then, we have been exported products to the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Our market is expanding each year and we are looking for more distributors in different countries to be our business partners. Besides electric locks and accessories, we have also developed our own access control system by our software team. The system includes smart card solution and also biometric access control, such as hand-key, fingerprint and facial recognition. Our EC-PAYROLL system has been widely used in many factories both in Hong Kong and mainland China.
