In the cylinder, the clean air filtered by the air filter is thoroughly mixed with the high-pressure atomized diesel fuel injected by the fuel injector. Under the upward compression of the piston, the volume decreases and the temperature rapidly increases, reaching the ignition point of the diesel fuel. Diesel fuel is ignited, the mixture of gases burns violently, the volume expands rapidly, and the piston is pushed downwards, which is called 'work done'. Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust acting on the piston is converted into the force that drives the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod, thereby driving the crankshaft to rotate.

Advantages of Biodiesel generators:

1. The cetane number is higher than 49 (45 for petrochemical diesel), and the antiknock performance is better than that of petrochemical diesel.

2. Biodiesel has a higher oxygen content than petrochemical diesel, up to 11%. It requires less oxygen during the combustion process and has better combustion and ignition performance than petrochemical diesel.

3. It is non-toxic and renewable energy, with good biodegradability and good health and environmental protection performance. In addition to providing alternative fuels for diesel engines such as buses and trucks, it can also be used as alternative fuels for non road diesel engines such as ocean transportation, water power equipment, underground mining equipment, and fuel power plants.

4. It does not contain aromatic hydrocarbon components and is not carcinogenic, and does not contain harmful substances such as sulfur, lead, halogens, etc.

5. Low emissions of black smoke, carbon hydride, particulate matter, as well as SO2 and CO (carbon monoxide).

6. Biodiesel has a high kinematic viscosity, which makes it easier to form an oil film on the inner wall of the cylinder without affecting fuel atomization, thereby improving the lubricity of moving parts and reducing their wear.

7. There is no need to modify the diesel engine, and it can be directly added for use without the need for additional refueling equipment, storage equipment, or special technical training for personnel (usually alternative fuels require modifiCAT-parts-partsion of the engine to be used).

8. The flash point of biodiesel is higher than that of petrochemical diesel, which is conducive to safe transportation and storage.

9. It can be used as an additive to promote combustion, but it is itself a fuel and has a dual effect.

10. It does not contain paraffin, has good low-temperature fluidity, and is suitable for a wide range of appliCAT-parts-partsions.

11. Blending biodiesel with petrochemical diesel in a certain proportion can reduce fuel consumption and improve power performance.

GSKA acquired famous USA brand name Locktronix in 2004 and started manufacture electric locks in China. Since then, we have been exported products to the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Our market is expanding each year and we are looking for more distributors in different countries to be our business partners. Besides electric locks and accessories, we have also developed our own access control system by our software team. The system includes smart card solution and also biometric access control, such as hand-key, fingerprint and facial recognition. Our EC-PAYROLL system has been widely used in many factories both in Hong Kong and mainland China.
