Mini Disc brushes are all types of brushes that have a round
plate/disc as a basic shape. With a possible diameter of 5 to 800
mm and a very flexible alignment there are diverse applications
from cleaning and polishing of surfaces to deburring, grinding and
structuring.
Technique parameter:
Filling Material: Silicon Carbide
Fill type: nylon, horsehair, fibre, abrasive wire, steel wire or
stainless steel wire or brass wire filament types are available.
Disc Material: plastic(Nylon, PP), wooden, metal
Grit: 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 500, 600, 800, 1200
Size and grit, material can be customized according to your
requirement.
Applications:
Miniature Disc brushes can be easily mounted into automated
machinery, customer-designed equipment, CNC machining centers and
robotic centers. There are numerous applications where these mini
disc brushes perform including deburring, surface preparation and
