This machine is used to fill carbonated drink into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.

This machine integrated three function:

1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottles

Washing Part

Main shaft turned 180degree under gear wheel. Let bottle’s mouth face to land, jetting water into bottle, after a few seconds, the main shaft will be back, than finishing the washing.

Filling Part

Washing finished bottle is conveyed into filling position , cylinder push and hold the plate which can hitch bottles , the time lasting of filling can be adjusted .

Capping machine

The working is intermission when running. There are six positions for capping, and have 1 capping head, can automatically cappin.
