Since there is no material with both high strength and low thermal conductivity, it cannot be effectively insulated, resulting in a huge waste of energy.According to the calculation, using 40-50mm thick ultra-high strength nano insulation block with conventional cement kiln working layer material can reduce the cold surface temperature of the kiln body by 100ºC-130ºC. A medium-sized clinker production line with a daily production capacity of 5,000 tons can save about 5,500 tons of standard coal per year.
