Vacuum Chamber Helium Leak Detection System for New Energy Vehicles Power Relay
The equipment has 3 vacuum chambers that operate in tandem , thus,
only one operator can run the equipment.
The workpiece is automatically detected in a vacuum chamber. The
vacuum chamber adopts a bell-type structure and can be opened and
closed automatically. The operator only needs to load and unload
the workpieces, and the loading and unloading are simple and
convenient.
Up to 5 workpieces can be installed on the fixture in vacuum
chamber at a time. If there is no need to install 5 workpieces, the
corresponding workpiece mounting holes can be plugged with plugs.
The German INFICON leak detector is used for inspection, and the
maximum leak detection accuracy can reach 5 x 10-12 Pa.m3/s. Gross leaks and fine leaks can be identified during
detection process, saving helium gas consumption.
Adopt imported brand vacuum pumps, to achieve a leak detection
accuracy of 10-9 Pa.m3/sec and 90-second detection cycle, the system is equipped
with a rough pump, a fine pump, and a leak detection pump. The
vacuum of the leaking pump group can reach 10-6Pa. HongCe has
experience in automated helium leak detection systems with 10-10Pa.m3/sec accuracy.
The short distance between the valve and the workpiece is
sufficient to reduce the production cost. The connection between
the workpiece and the equipment has a filter to prevent the
contaminants in the workpiece from clogging the valve.
The system is controlled by the PLC. And display a variety of
information on 10” color touch screen.
With a computer, and with two-dimensional workpiece code scanning
& information storage system: combined by a two-dimensional
scanning code reader and a computer, read the workpiece data,
product code, detection time, operator, total production, good
yield, not Good yield, etc. by the two-dimensional code, and can
export EXCEL files, the software has a variety of models to meet
the specifications and parameter memory. The operation is simple
and convenient.
With safety protection , emergency stop and reset functions.
