IEC 60034 Motor Performance Test Lab With Manual And Automatic Testing
Standard:
IEC 60034-1 Rotating electrical machines-Part 1: Rating and performance.
Application:
Mainly used to measure motor speed, torque, output power, voltage, current, input power, frequency, and efficiency. Appliance Performance Test Lab
Main testing items:
In addition to all enterprise testing items, following functions are included:
1 | DC resistance test under cold and thermal status. |
2 | No-load test: Acquire no-load characteristics curves through test, calculate the no-load current, no-load power and iron loss and mechanical loss. |
3 | Locked-rotor test: Acquire the locked-rotor characteristics curve through test, calculate locked-rotor torque and current. |
4 | Load test: This test is to acquire the load characteristics curve and calculate the motor parameters after modification. Appliance Performance Test Lab |
5 | Temperature rise test: Use resistance thermometry method to calculate the motor temperature rise. During test, motor winding temperature, core temperature and others are monitored by temperature detection apparatus. |
6 | T-N curve drawing: Draw T-N curve of induction motor in a real time and automatically test the maximum torque and minimum torque as well as the rotation speed of single-phase induction motor upon disconnection of centrifugal switch. |
