1. Introduction

2. Main features
Our CNC-PC300 type CNC pipe cutting machine combines a chuck type
system for high accuracy together with a roller bed for high
productivity. Pipes are moved into the cutting bed after which sets
of wheels push up the pipe. Then the chuck moves into position and
clamps the pipe for accurate rotation during cutting.
- Suitable for cutting the branches of pipe and two or three-layer
saddle cutting of main pipe;
- Suitable pipe diameter 60—300mm, or customized;
- Suitable pipe thickness: flame: 6—50mm; plasma: 3—20mm;
- Bevel angle: flame: ±60°; plasma: ±45°;
- Cutting method: oxy-fuel or plasma;
- Five-axis controlled and four interlocking;
- CNC system: INMS, full automatic programming and technology
guiding;
