Product Description

The arc tile pressing machine uses advanced molds and hydraulic systems to accurately control the curvature of the tile. It can bend metal sheets according to the preset curvature. The arc tiles after forming have uniform curvature, precise size and small error range. For example, in the application of building roofs, the precisely formed arc tiles can be tightly spliced, effectively preventing rainwater leakage and improving the waterproof performance of the roof.

This part is used to support Coil.

And make the coil in a rotary way.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter

Guide the coil come into the correct position and going to the roll forming part.

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.

Working Principle

The metal coil is unrolled from the unwinding system and enters the forming machine through the feed guide platform.

In the forming machine, the plate passes through each roller in turn, and the roller applies a gradually changing pressure to the plate, so that it gradually bends into an arc shape according to a predetermined trajectory.

The formed arc tile moves forward with the operation of the main machine. When it reaches the preset length, the computer control cabinet sends a signal, and the hydraulic station drives the forming shearing device to cut the tile.

The cut arc tile is transported to the designated position to complete a production cycle, and this cycle is repeated to achieve continuous production.
