Description & working principle:

This kind of bottle packing machine is L-type bottle shrink packing machine is extensively use for external packaging in such industries as medicine, food, drinks, dairy, and cosmeics.

Here we connect to the drink liquid filling line. After finish filling, capping, sleeve labeling, and code priting, the bottles will be arranged by the shrink wrapping machine in row to wrap and shrink.

Bottles are separated by the plate according to the format. The pushing plate pulled by the air cylinder will push the bottles forward, and then the shrink film will pull down and cut by the heat blade. And then through the shrinking tunnel.

There are several heating lamps will be installed in the shrinking tunnel to shrink the film on the bottle tightly.
