General:
The equipment is used in production of beer packed in glass
bottles. Rinsing, Filling and capping are integrated in one
machine. The bottle enters into the rinsing part of 3 in 1 machine
through belt conveyor. The gripper installed on the rotary disk
catches bottle and turns it over 180 degrees and makes the
bottleneck face ground. In the special rinsing area, the nozzle on
the gripper sprays water to rinse bottle in wall. The bottle that
enters into the filler is switched by body holding plate. The
filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. It adopts
balanced pressure filling way. The filling valve opens and begins
filling when the inner bottle pressure is balanced with inside
liquid tank, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck
when it finishes filling. The full bottle is transferred to the
capping part through hold body transition poking wheel.The stop
bottle bottom pad holds the bottle bottom, keeps bottle upright not
rotating. The crown capping head keeps in revolution and auto
rotation. It can finish a whole capping course including topping,
pressing, discharging through the action of the cam. The full
bottle is transferred to bottle outlet conveyor to the next process
through poking wheel. The whole machine is enclosed with windows,
the height of enclosed window is higher than the peak of the 3 in 1
machine, in the bottom of the enclosed window has return air outlet
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen as the
human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage
tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will
be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are
cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be
stopped automatically.The frequency changing technology is used to
adjust the operation speed sleeplessly. The production capacity can
be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
Washing part
1.Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts
that must be made of special materials. Other parts are all made of
stainless steel 304.
2.The roller bearing is made of stainless steel, the sealing ring
is made of EPDM material, and plastic is made of UMPE.
3.The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold
the bottleneck is made of food standard rubber;
4.The gripper equipped with high-efficient spray nozzle, it can
develop to any position of inwall of the bottle, and can save
rinsing water. There is a cover above the spray nozzle which can
prevent water spilling; and there are regulatory recycle slot and
recycle pipes under the nozzles. 5.Rinsing time can be guaranteed
for 4 seconds.
6.By adjusting the height of the rotary parts to adapt for
different bottle height
7.The motivation is driven from the driven system in the framework
passed by gear.
8.The supplying of rinsing water is controlled by solenoid valve
9.The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle
clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and
also saves rinsing water.
10.The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine
frame via gear transmission.
11.Rinser using high-strength stainless steel bottles of
spring-loaded folders, to ensure a stable reversal of the glass
bottles. The nozzle is a plum-like structure can wash every corner
of the side wall and bottom to make the bottle clean.
Filling part
1) Balance filling method.
2) Filling machine with cam-type mechanical lifting equipment to
upgrade glass bottles, large bearing support floundering in the vat
and use of guide-rod in the orientation of the structure
3) Long-tube filling valves are adopted, with CO2 fully exchanging
with air inside glass bottles, to decrease oxygen content
effectively. with air venting pipe liquid level control and backup
pressure controlled by a variable signal proportional. Fast,
stable, accurate, to be vacuum one at a time.
4) High-pressure foam stimulator is an option equipped to minimize
air remaining at the neck to be sure the Oxygen content less than
r0.15 mg O2/l
5) Centralized lubrication system, simple for maintenance.
6) Filling level tolerances : ± 2.0 mm
7) Bottle break rate : max. 0.01% (1:10,000)
8) Broken bottle automatically stopping valve is an option
9) With perfect CIP cleaning function, and capable of filling pipes
with acid, lye liquid and hot water.
10) All the materials in contact with the valves, tanks, pipes are
made of stainless steel 304 materials, inside and outside the wall
of mirror-polished, ensuring it is healthy.
Capping part
1)Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and
reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
2)Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to
stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
3)The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
4)Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of
caps.
5)A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of cap
elevator.
6)Stainless steel plunger and mechanical stirring gland to ensure
that the gland is healthy and reliable. The capper has the out
loading function which could decrease the broken bottle number.
7)Special cap fixing and discharging mould for correct cap loading;
