48ports FTTH fiber optic outdoor distribution box wall mount type and pole

Distribution box Type outdoor Optical Distribution Boxes is designed to connect feeder/distribution cable to subscriber's drop cable using PLC splitter in FTTx networks. It has 2 input ports and 2 output ports on the bottom and it is easy to install on the wall or pole. The rear tray is for splicing a fiber of feeder cable with PLC splitter and the front tray is for connecting subscriber's drop cable through adaptor plate on the tray.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor , wall-mounted, pole, aerial installation .
Splitter type: insertion splitter 1: 4/6/8/12/24/36/48 Port
Turn-over structure, layout is reasonable with splicing zone below and distribution zone above .
FC,SC,and LC adapters available, modular design, convenient for fixation and maintenance .
Fiber route reasonable, fiber bending radius at any place is greater than 30 mm .
The mark is clear on each fiber connection and distribution .
The door opening angle is greater than 120 degree for easy operation and maintenance .
The splice tray can be taken down and put on the bench for splicing, convenient operation .
The redundant fiber is wound and protected.

Installation:Wall hanging

1 According to the backplane mounting hole’s distance, hit 4 mounting holes on the wall, and knock the plastic expansion sleeve.

2 Fixed the box on the wall with M8 * 40 screws.

3 Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole, and then use M8 * 40 screws fix the box on the wall.

4 Check the box installation, close the door after qualified. In order to prevent rainwater from entering the box, the box should be tightened by a key column.

5 Insert the outdoor optical cable and butterfly type optic cable according to the construction requirements.
