When steam pump is used for boiler feed water, flow will decrease
about 2 0 % , also reciprocating times decrease Various steam pump cylinder
working pressure is 1 .4MPa, steam discharge pressure 1 .7MPa, real pressure must be decided according to the steam pressure
of cylinder piston I, e the bigger steam pressure is, the bigger
steam discharge pressure is. Attached list is various kinds of
relation curve between steam inlet and outlet pressure -
differential and steam discharge pressure, for example: Model-Q B-3, QB - 9 Steam Pump, When steam pressure-differential in
piston is 0 .7MPa, steam discharge pressure is right 1.17MPa (equal
to 117 m Hg) shown in list with dotted line, the lowest steam
pressure more than 0.3 MPa, otherwise pump will not starting.
Various steam pumps are suitable for saturated steam and superheated steam, the temperature should be less than 200ºC.
