Integrated System

Panel

• Horizontal bars with a V-shaped bend of the panel give greater
• stiffness.
• Panel ends protruding 30 mm pins, which can be placed both at the bottom and the top.
• Width: 2500 mm.
• Height: from 630 to 2430 mm.
• Cell size: 200 x 50 mm.
• Cell Size curved portion 100 x 50 mm.
• Wire diameter: 5.00 mm.

Gate

Guard rail and comes with hinged gates Nylofor ® or Robusta ®.

Coating technology

Panels made out of galvanized rods, polymer-coated (min. 100 microns). The pillars according to the Euro standard 10326 galvanized inside and outside (min. 275 g/m2) and coated with a polymer (at least 60 microns).

Poles and fixtures

Panels can be mounted with three types of columns:

System welded pillars with rectangular section Nylofor ® Type 1 (eL)

The panels are mounted to the front wall pillars with the clips and hooks. In welded columns with a rectangular cross-section (60 x 40 x 1.5) are holes for mounting panels.

Poles Bekafix ®

(70 x 44 mm) "H" - shaped profile. Fastening with a special plastic or metal lock.

Poles Breakfast ®

(60 x 53 mm) without accessories. Sturdy panels in the Profile column.

Square pillars

(60 x 60 x 1.50 mm). Fixing takes place with the clips and special bolts. In columns are bushings for fixing panels. Poles complete with a plastic lid.

System of rectangular pillars

Panel attached to the sides of the rectangular columns using double clamps interconnected by screws and nuts. Toolholders are three types: medium, Nakonechniy and angular. Welded rectangular pillars with a cut size of 60 x 40 x 1.5 mm fitted with a plastic lid.

Packing

1>Fence panel:plastic film+wood/metal pallet

2>Fence post: every post pack with a plastic bag(the cap is covered well on the post)+metal pallet

3>Accessory: small plastic bag+carton box
