HMP-6000 triple-phase full wave AC-DC fluorescent magnetic particle
detector is a kind of fixed
AC-DC multi-function semi-automatic wet fluorescent magnetic
particle detection equipment. It is
designed based on principle of magnetization and manufactured
according to the standard
requirements of JB/T8290-2011 Magnetic Particle Flaw Detection
Machine.
This machine is suitable for non-destructive testing of the surface
and near surface of parts made of
ferromagnetic materials such as ring-shaped components in
industries such as machinery, automobiles,
aviation, internal combustion engines, and railways. It can detect
extremely subtle defects such as cracks
and slag inclusions on the surface and near surface of parts caused
by casting, forging, welding,
stretching, quenching, grinding, and fatigue.

Operation principle
This machine is based on a small industrial programmable logic
controller (PLC) and a
programmable touch screen (PT) as its core, which controls various
actions of the system, such as
clamping, fixture movement, spraying magnetic suspension,
magnetization, loosening, current direction 2
switching, current size adjustment, etc. It can complete all the
inspection processes except for loading
and unloading and defect observation according to the prescribed
program, and can be operated
automatically in one cycle or manually in one step.
Magnetization of the workpiece adopts unidirectional or composite
magnetization mode, that is
circumferential magnetization and longitudinal magnetization
respectively or cycled.
