1 Brief introduction

BKW series roots blower inherits most components from BK series, it adopts water cooling in bearing cover,

which can reduce the temperature of bearing when working and prolong the longevity, also it has a larger

pressure capability.

2 Blower working principle

Roots blower is a cubage blower, and it discharges a fixed amount of air in proportion to its rotation speed.

Every rotation, there is two lobes to finish three times absorbing and discharging air. Compared with two lobes

blower, it is of less air pulses, smaller load change, higher strength, lower noise and vibration.

Two parallel shafts have three lobes each, all the lobes keep small clearance with each other and housing

inside. Every lobes rotation, a certain air will be absorbed at inlet and transferred from the housing inside

surface to blower’s discharge port.

Two shafts will be turned by the timing gears, no any touching between lobes, so it can be turned at high

speed without any lubrication inside. It has the following characteristics: Simply configuration; running

smoothly; good performance stabilization. It has been widely applied in various industries.

2. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is 12 months after received the roots blower. During the warranty period, replace the damaged parts for free of charge. Out warranty period, to provide timely, high-quality technical services and price concessions spare parts to ensure continuous safe and high-quality equipment operation.

3. How long is the service life of roots blower?
In normal use environment
A- Service life of blower is more than 10 years.
B- Service life of Impeller is more than 60, 000 hours.
C- Service life of bearing is more than 50, 000 hours.

4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Fumigation Free Plywood Case. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

5. How does your factory control product quality?
We have quality inspection department. Before sending out product, we check each product. If there is quality problem, we will produce new one.

In the beginning of 2015, we cooperated with Testing Laboratory of Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Blowers of China Machinery Industry), and a whole set of blower performance test system was designed for us according to the Roots Blower Industry Standard by the Laboratory.
