The Working Principle of Pulse Valve
1. When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas enters the
decompression chamber through the constant pressure pipe of the
upper and lower casings and the throttle hole therein. Since the
valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the
spring, the gas is not discharged. The pressure between the
decompression chamber and the lower chamber is made uniform, and
under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the nozzle and
the gas does not rush out.
2. When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted up
by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened,
and the gas is ejected. Due to the action of the constant pressure
pipe orifice, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is
greater than that of the decompression chamber. The inflow velocity
of the pressure tube gas is such that the pressure in the
decompression chamber is lower than the pressure in the lower
chamber, and the gas in the lower chamber rises up the diaphragm,
and the nozzle is opened to perform gas injection
