RO SV Push Fitting RO Solenoid Valve For Reverse Osmosis System
BPV02-F is a reverse osmosis system solenoid valve with fast connection, Outer Diameter Φ6.35mm. The main function of the water inlet solenoid valve in the pure water machine is to control the water inlet. When working, the water inlet solenoid valve is opened to allow water to pass; when stops working, the water inlet solenoid valve is closed to directly cut off the water source.
The water inlet solenoid valve is generally Direct Acting.
working principle: when the power is turned on, the electromagnetic
force first opens the pilot hole, and the pressure in the upper
chamber drops rapidly. A high pressure difference is formed around
the closing part. The fluid pressure pushes the closing part upward
and the valve opens; when the power is off, the spring force closes
the pilot hole, and the inlet pressure quickly passes through the
chamber through the bypass hole.
The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is high, and it can be
installed arbitrarily but must meet the fluid pressure difference
conditions. A pressure difference between lower and upper is formed
around, and the fluid pressure pushes the closing member to move
downward to close the valve.

Reverse Osmosis systems
A simple reverse osmosis system consists of a high-pressure pump which increases the pressure of the feed water with salts, ions or impurities. This forces the water across the semi permeable RO (Reverse Osmosis) membrane, leaving behind all the dissolved salts. The required pressure is directly proportional to the salt concentration of the inlet water. The higher the concentration, the higher pressure is required to overcome the osmotic pressure.
The RO membrane lets the cleaner water through and this is called permeate water. The salts and other contaminants which are stopped by the membrane come out as a reject stream. This can be drained out or recycled if possible through the RO system to save water.
The RO systems remove up to 99% of dissolved salts (ions), particles, pathogens and bacteria from feed water.
