3FM210-08 Airtac Type Mini Foot Pedal Air Valve 3/2 Way
Pneumatic foot pedal valves are used to signal other pneumatic devices within a system remotely; for example, they can operate pneumatic cylinders that hold workpieces in place enabling hands-free machine operation.
Latching foot pedal valves lock workpieces in place; upon removal of a foot, a detent overrides and holds the pedal lever down, the reinsertion of a foot releases the detent.
Spring return versions are used to perform repetitive functions like dosing, pressing, punching or drilling, on the removal of a foot, the valve resets.
The robust polycarbonate housing, in highly visible blue or yellow colour, protects and prevents the accidental or inadvertent operation of the valve.
Pneumatic foot pedals are available as a 3 or 5 way valve configuration with 1/8'' or 1/4'' threaded connection ports.
