The structure and design:
flange full welded ball valve is completely designed and manufactured according to the API6D to prevent anti-static and fire. Stem is extended according to the requirements of customers; the body sphere of metal parts are all made of forging high quality materials, to guarantee the quality of the ball valve and intensity. The sphere is fixed with stuffing box or support plate. Stuffing box or support plate fixed ball can eliminate the force from medium in the sphere of the bending moment on the valve stem, so the stem withstand torque. It makes valve movements smooth, switching torque small, and easy to operate. Seal is adopted the unique two soft seal and metal sealing which is formed three sealing. It ensures reliable sealing and the security. It has the advantage of long operating life, and free of maintenance.
