Ceramic Fire Clay Crucibles for smelting and assaying

ZG crucibles are made from high purity natural graphite and silicon ,by using state-of-the-art ISO pressing process. As one of the most stringent parts in molten metal application, Tianyin crucible show extremely high mechanical strength and oxidation resistance performance. The crucible is invented for high flux and strong corrosion application, in aluminum alloy die casting ,low pressure casting, and gravity casting application.

Application:

ZG crucible series is designed especially for high temperature application, for example, copper alloy ,precious metal, rare metal and zinc oxide synthesis .

Typical Metal Casting Temperature :

Zinc Alloy 450-550℃

Aluminum Alloy :620-900℃

Above 1000℃ (Zinc Oxide, Copper alloy ,Precious Metal )
