DESCRIPTION
Capacitor Discharge Spot / Projection Welders is suitable for
welding stainless steel cookware handle with emboss.
It uses capacitor to store energy and to release instantaneous
current. In the meantime, it concentrates large current to pass
through a small point and then achieves welding effect (welding
process passes through thousands of ampere current within 1/1000
second of time) which can minimize the situation that the work
piece being oxidized or mechanically deformed due to overheat
during the process of welding.
APPLICATION AREA
The output of the capacitor discharge spot welder that we produce
is from 100WS to 18000WS. It is especially suitable for welding
metals like red copper, bronze, brass, silver and stainless steel,
etc. Thus, this type of machine is widely applied to various kinds
of industrial production and manufacturing.
FEATURE
1. High speed charge-discharge digital voltage stabilizing circuit.
The number of charge-discharge times reach 124. (setting as 100V)
2. Quick logical circuit which can ensure the machine will start
working only when the discharging voltage reaches the preset data.
Under such circumstances, when the machine is conducting high
frequency welding, the welding effect will not be influenced when
the discharging work does not reach preset data.
3. Digital adjusting stored energy voltage from 0 to 425V. Can be
adjusted upper or lower than 1V precisely.
4. Precise digital circuit which can control and stabilize the
voltage within ±0.5%.
5. Double overpressure protection circuit which can ensure the
charging voltage will not exceed the preset security standard so as
to protect the capacitors.
6. Built-in and preset the discharging security time is 0.1s.
7. LCD counter.
8. Simple button digital control panel.
