Flat Wire Frame is special for forming the low carbon steel round
wire into flat wire. (Hardness of wire is no more than HRC43). The
maximum processing wire is 8mm round wire into 3x12mm wire. After
flattening, the surface of wire is smooth. No trace of calendering
can be seen after plating.
The thickness tolerance is ±0.1mm while the width tolerance is
±0.2mm, length tolerance is ±2mm. This Wire Flattening,
Straightening and Cutting Machine for forming, straightening and
cutting of round wire into flat wire. It is composed of feeder,
three sets of wire flattening device and one straightening and
cutting device. You can set different length according to
requirement. It helps to increase the product quality and
efficiency. Lower the production cost.is special for forming the
