RHZK positive pressure fire-fighting air respirator is a new model of self supporting open respirator, which is widely used in fire-fighting, chemistry industry, fired boat, petroleum industry, smelt, mine and transportation. It is a high-performance respiratory positive device designed for fireman and special trained person when trapper in the situation with smoke, pollution, hot vapor and/or hypoxygen,to perform the extinguish, rescue and ambulance.Products are CCS certificate and EC certificate.

The main technical parameters

The full face mask is adaptable to fit all different shapes of faoes,it is manufactured from smcone.It allows for a wide field of vision. And the visor is made of a high impact scratch resistant material.

The damand valve can be inserted mask in 360° promptly.It has a small size,and can offer stable air supply with breathing resistance.

Steel cylinder is made of steel with paint, The cylinder is high strength,corrosion resistance, long service life.

The cylinders are rechargeable.Air valve with 3rd stage technology which means the highest stage of safety.There is a film in cylinder valve which protect from high pressureWhen the air pressure in the cylinder is more than 25% of rated pressure,the film will blow up and then pressure release.

The backpack for better ergonomy.It can be adjustable to fit different users.and it is manufactured from a hight strength material.which is chemical,high temperature and impact resistant.

Reinforced belt to better distribute the weight of the opparatus.straps on the backpack for the assembly of different ottles.

The Pressure Gauge & Pressure Reduce

It is valve which reduce high pressure air to 0.8-.02MPa invariable pressure ,and then supply air to demand valve.It is installed on the backpack. scba for firefighting

The range of pressure gauge is 0-40MPa,when the pressure of cylinder decrease to 5-6Pa,the warning whistle will give a continuous 90dB alarm.To remind the user that the air will be out and user need to leave and change another cylinder.
