Steel telecommunication tower is the main carrier for communication signal launching and receiving. It is a sort of infrastructure construction for mobile transmission signal coverage. In order to response to the market demanding, our company invested large amount of hardware and software resource to produce steel telecommunication monopole which has been tested and approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of PRC. In addition, we have successfully become a qualified supplier of China Tower Co., Ltd.

Telecommunication tower is hot dip galvanized in accordance with Chinese standard GB/T 13912-2002 or American standard ASTM A123. Telecommunication Tower Pole also could be powder coated or painted according to clients' request which allows more than 20 years' life period.

Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q345. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room by our advanced spectrograph machine to check the elements of the steel sheet. If the raw material is not qualified, we'll not use the steel. So in this way, we can control the quality of the telecommunication tower from the first beginning.

After the fabrication process as cutting, bending, forming, forming operation, seam welding, we pre-assemble semi-finishing products before hot dip galvanization and powder coating. Before delivery, we will straighten hot dip galvanized telecommunication tower and wrap products according to customers' requirement.

Packaging&Shipping:

Telecommunication tower is covered by Plastic Wrap or according to client's requests.
