Mining Wet Magnetic Separator for Ore Dressing Plant , Granularity
Below 3mm
Brief Introduction:
Wet Magnetic Separator is used to separate materials with
granularity below 3mm, such as magnetite, magnetic pyrite, roasted
ore and ilmenite. It can also be used to remove iron from coal,
nonmetal materials, building materials, etc. Our Magnetic Separator
is designed to recover ferromagnetic materials.
Performance Features:
1. Remove impurities and improve the quality.
2. Simple structure and easy to maintain.
3. Short magnetic circuit.
4. Little magnetic flux leakage.
5. High magnetic intensity, low energy consumption.
Working Principle:
The working principle of magnetic separator is as the following:
When the ore pulp flow into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic
minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic
and non-magnetic minerals are cast off and discharged, while the
strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum rotate with the
drum and will be brought out of magnetic field so as to complete
the sorting operation.
