Durable Mineral Processing Spiral Classifier in Gravity Separation Plant
Brief Introduction:
This mineral processing spiral classifier is widely used to combine with ball grinder in a closed circulation for ore-sand separation in the ore separation plant, classify ore sand and fine silt in the gravity separation plant, classify the granularity from the pulp in the metal ore beneficiation flow and remove the slime and water in the ore washing process.
Performance features:
1. Simple structure, reliable running and easy operation.
2. It mechanically classifies through the mechanism of different
sedimentation speed of solid particle in liquid due to different
size and different specific gravity.
3. It can classify the ground material powder from the grinder,
spiral the coarse grain into material inlet of grinder through the
spiral chip, and discharge the classified fine grain from overflow
surface.
4. Its base is made from channel steel, and its body is welded from
steel plate.
5. The lower support of spiral bearing is of engine-bearing
structure of good wear-resistance and durability
6. The lifting device is of electric and manual mode.
Working Principle:
Mineral processing spiral classifier is mainly composed of transmission system, spiral part, chute, lifting part, upper support and ore discharging valve. It is a type of classifying machine that classifies materials based the principle that the solid particles with different sizes and proportions have different falling speed in the liquid, and fine ore particles float in the water and coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the chute and the coarse ore particles are pushed by the spiral to the upper part and discharged. This machine is able to filter the powdery particle crushed by the grinding mill and whirl the coarse particles with the spiral to the feeding mouth of the grinding mill and discharge the filtered fine particles.
