Introduction of Ball Mill

Wet Grinding Ball Mill is major equipment of cement plant and used for drying and grinding coal. The cement ball mill machine is mainly consisted of feed device, main bearings, rotating parts, drive device, selling device, high-voltage start-up device and lubrication system. The raw material is fed into mill by feeding equipment. The hot wind enters into the mill by inlet end. As the mill cylinder rotates, the coal and hot air exchange heat in the ball mill. Then the coal is crushed and grinded. After being grinded, the powder is brought out of the mill by the hot air.

Application of Ball Mill

Cement clinker or other materials in building material, metallurgical, electric and chemical industries.

Classification and Features of Ball Mill

A. Common Cement Ball Mill is mainly used in cycle grinding system, with features of high grinding efficiency, high production, low power consumption. Especially, when grinding slag cement, its performance is more outstanding. Generally speaking, production could be 10-20% higher, and power consumption 10% lower. Besides, product temperature could reduce 20-40 and product fineness is easy to adjust.

B. High Fineness & Production Cement Ball Mill is mainly used in open flow grinding system, with features of simple equipment system & process flow, saving investment, less building area. Regarding structure, it has advanced & special material separating diaphragm device inside, adds activation device to fine grinding chamber, and has discharging grate plate at mill outlet, thus to reduce the size of grinding media at the most and promote the grinding efficiency highly, realize the purpose of high production & low power consumption.
