Sand washing machine manufactured by Lipu is used to remove the dust in sand. It aims at improving the quality of sand. The materials include the requiring gravel in building-site, gravel factories, hydropower station and concrete dam site, post and electric pole factory, casting-70 sand, glass factory quartz sand and refilling pressure sand.

1. This sand washing machine is of simple structure. The driving device of the impeller is separated from water dirt and sand. This greatly reduces the fault rate.

Working Principle of sand washing machine

The sand washer is a kind of sand washing appliance by water fit with the sand maker. The sand washer can wash away micro amount of stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand made by the sand maker to improve the quality of the sand. The sand washer impelled by generator and redactor drives the impeller to rotate in circles continuously in the water tank and then to make the sandstones and slag particles mixed, inverted and washed in the tank and discharged after dehydration of the materials in the impeller.
