Quartz Sand Washing Machine Introduction:

Quartz sand washing machine is used to remove the dust in ore and grading ore for the metallurgic, construction material and hydro power industries. It is suitable for the washing work of the fine grain and coarse granularity material.

Quartz Sand Washing Machine Working Principle

The quartz sand washing machine adopts inclination of 15°, under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool. The sand washing machine is a kind of sand washing machine, appliance by water fit with the sand maker. The sand washer can wash away micro amount of stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand made by the sand maker to improve the quality of the sand. The sand washer impelled by generator and redactor drives the impeller to rotate in circles continuously in the water tank and then to make the sandstones and slag particles mixed, inverted and washed in the tank and discharged after dehydration of the materials in the impeller.
