Introduction of Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyor has been widely used in the field of coal mining, metallurgy, food and paper making industry. It is a kind of machinery that can transfer the material continuously by friction drive. According to different transport requirements, the transport system can be single belt conveyor or consist of several conveyors or be combined with other conveying equipment.

Structure of Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyor is mainly composed of a machine rack, a conveying belt, belt roller, tensioning device and driving device. The body is made of high quality steel plate, the machine rack is formed by the height difference between the front and the back-landing leg, so the belt conveyor has a incline angle. The machine rack is equipped with a roller and roller supporting device, used for driving and supporting conveyor belt. There are two ways of driving, one is by reducer motor the other is by electric roller.
