OEM Abration-Resistence NBR Molded Rubber Seal Parts Color Optional
NBR Rubber Seal Parts are flexible rubber seals that are excellent
in abrasion-resistence and oil and fuel resistence. They are
specifically designed to protect the primary seal from
contaminants. These seals are not designed to seal pressure
differentials or to seal against fluid levels; they are primarily
for contamination exclusion. The seal design utilizes centrifugal
force to prevent intrusion of contaminants into the bearing
chamber.
Advantage: excellent resistance to gasoline and Fat hydrocarbon oil, second
only to TR, ACM and FKM, better than other general rubber. Good
heat resistance, good air tightness, abrasion resistance and water
resistance, strong cohesive force.
Disadvantage: poor oxygene resistance and ozone and resistance, limited heat
resissistance and low temperature resistance, poor oxygene-solven
resistance.
Operating Temperature: about -40°C~+120°C.
Application: mainly used in manufacturing all kinds of oil-resistant and
abrasion-assistant products, such as rubber hoses and washer seals,
etc.
