Manufacturing method

Felt making process: Wool - screening (pick out the leather head in the wool) - opening the wool (open the purchased wool) - cleaning (extract impurities) - carbonization - drying or drying - carding (treated by the carding machine) - laying the net (laying the wool into a net) - rubbing the blank (kneading the blank by the flat machine) - tamping the felt (hardness of the felt blank) - flocking (felt density treatment) - squeezing the felt (the felt is processed and leveled by the felt Press) -- tamping the felt (secondary treatment of felt density and cross force) -- bleaching (adjusting the felt color to the customer's requirements, generally about 6 hours) -- drying -- quality inspection -- drying -- high temperature setting -- mothproof treatment -- felt block products or felt pads - felt strips and other felt products -- quality inspection -- warehousing -- delivery.

Maintenance method

Wash with cold water.
Felt products shall not be bleached.
Choose a neutral lotion marked with pure wool and no bleach.
Hand wash alone, do not use the washing machine, so as not to damage the appearance.
When cleaning, press gently with your hand. The dirty part only needs to be scrubbed gently. Do not brush it with a brush.
The use of shampoo and moisturizer can reduce the phenomenon of hair balls.
After cleaning, hang it in a ventilated place and dry it naturally. If drying is required, please use low temperature drying.
